  • What’s the difference between Schedulicity Pay and my current payment solution?

Schedulicity Pay’s rates are the lowest and simplest in the industry. With some of the most popular platforms, rates are either broken down into several tiers or dictated by a credit card association. Many are also riddled with hidden fees or attached to long-term contracts.

Our goal is to provide low-cost, integrated credit card processing for small businesses on our platform so you can worry less about transaction costs and focus on growing your company.

  • How do I get started?

It’s easy. Sign up your business for Schedulicity, purchase the Unlimited Bookings Plus add-on, and start your application right within the app.

  • How do I request a free payment reader?

Once you have an account, you can apply for Schedulicity Pay. Upon acceptance, we’ll send you a free payment reader of your choice (in-store or online). We have limited supplies for a limited time. Only US businesses are able to receive a free reader.

  • Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time from the Plan area of your account.

  • What is PCI Compliance?

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
