How do I cancel/change an appointment or class?

If you booked your appointment online and wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment online, go to www.schedulicity.com and sign in. The sign in button is in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Once you sign in, your upcoming appointments or classes will be listed and a cancel/reschedule link will be to the right of each appointment or class. Click “Cancel.” You can then choose to cancel the appointment or cancel/reschedule it as long as you are outside of the business’s cancellation policy. If the business booked this appointment for you, follow the link “view bookings” at the bottom of the email confirmation you received about the appointment. Sign in via these links and your upcoming appointments will display. Then you may cancel and reschedule current appointments, re-book previous services, and view your favorite businesses.

How do I delete/remove my account?

We can definitely get your username deleted for you, so you won’t be able to book online any longer. I just wanted to give you a disclaimer that once the login is deleted, it won’t be able to be used again in the future, and any booking history will be lost.

If you would still like to move forward and officially remove your login from the system, just send a quick email to support@schedulicity.com and we’ll take care of that for you!

How do I view my upcoming appointments?

The most reliable option for reviewing your upcoming appointments, is simply to sign into your Schedulicity account and check. Navigate to www.schedulicity.com and select the sign in button at the top right hand corner of the screen. Enter your email address and then your password to complete the sign in process. Once you sign in, all of your upcoming appointments should be listed.

If you aren’t seeing them there, your Schedulicity profile might not be linked with the business just yet, which is why those appointments aren’t displaying. Not to worry, there is a super easy fix.

  1. Log into your Schedulicity profile
  2. Find a notification email from the business either a confirmation or reminder email
  3. Click on the blue “View Bookings” icon at the bottom

This will let the system know you want to be associated with their business and you’ll see any appointments you have coming up once you click on “My Appointments” in the navigation menu from your account!

How do I edit my profile information?

You can edit information like password, email address, and name (among other things) from within your account. Sign into your profile by navigating to www.schedulicity.com. Select the “sign in” button in the upper right hand corner of the screen and follow the prompts to enter your email address and password. Once you are logged in, select the icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select the “my profile” option. You can then select the “update info” link to edit anything on that page. Just be sure to save your changes!

How do I create a client account?

As a client scheduling with a business on Schedulicity, you will need a client scheduling profile to book appointments with that business. The profile is completely free and will allow you to book and manage your upcoming schedule.

You can create your scheduling profile by navigating to www.schedulicity.com and clicking on the “sign in” button in the upper right hand corner. Enter your email address and select the “next” button. Also enter your name and contact information and select the “create my profile” button. After you create your account you can then use the search fields to find your provider and book an appointment.

If a business has booked appointments for you in the past, you can also create your scheduling profile by following a link at the bottom of a confirmation or reminder email. This will immediately link you up with any appointments you’ve booked with this business. If you go to Schedulicity.com and create an account organically you’ll have to schedule an appointment online with that business before you’ll see any other appointments booked with that business.

How do I sign up for text message reminders?

If the business or businesses you book with sends text reminders, you can opt in to receive those text reminders through your client account. Once opted in, you will receive text reminders for appointments and classes booked with businesses on Schedulicity who offer this feature. In your Schedulicity account, go to the little three blue lines in the top left of the screen and to head to “my preferences”; Toggle the text reminder option to “on”; Enter your phone number. Then, you’ll get a welcome text from us! As soon as you book online with your preferred businesses or sign in through a notification email, you’ll be synced up and get text reminders for your visits!

You’ll also have the opportunity to opt into text reminders during the booking process! Once you’ve hit the Book My Visit button, a pop up will display and you can opt in from there.

How do I share an appointment to a personal calendar?

You are able to share your appointments with an outside calendar like Google Calendar, iCal, etc. When you sign into your Schedulicity account, you’ll see a list of upcoming appointments and you can click on the calendar icon. If you have not defaulted your calendar sync settings, you will then have the option as to which calendar format you are using. (If your calendar option is not listed, select the “ical/outlook” option). If you have defaulted your calendar sync settings, a new window will appear with the appointment details to sync to your calendar.  If you would like to default your calendar sync setting, select the navigation menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen (the 3 striped lines) and select the “my preferences” option. You can then select your calendar preferences by selecting the Google or iCal option. (If your calendar option is not listed, select the “ical/outlook” option).

How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? No problem! To reset your password, navigate to www.schedulicity.com or open the app and select the “sign in” button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Enter in your email address/username in the field and select the “next” button. On the next screen, select the “Reset your password” link. You can then enter the email address whose password you would like reset. The system will then send you an reset password email. Follow the link within that email to create a new password and access the system. Your password must be a minimum of 7 characters with at least one non-alpha character such as a number.

If the system takes you to a screen that says “Hi! Looks like you’re new here” this means you are not registered for an online scheduling profile quite yet! Just enter your contact information and select the “create my profile” button and your profile will be created in seconds!

How do I view my past appointment history?

You can view your past appointments you’ve made by selecting the navigation menu in the upper left- hand corner of the screen (the 3 striped lines) and choosing the “my preferences” option. A list of the businesses you have scheduled with will display under the “Business Preferences” heading.  Here you’ll see an additional options menu with the ability to view your appointment history.  You can also print your history if you need to from here!

How do I un-fave a business?

To un-fave a business, you would need to sign into your client account on www.schedulicity.com and select the navigation menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen (the 3 striped lines) and select the “my preferences” option. Under the Business Preferences, select the business you want to un-fave. You will be taken to their business listing and all you need to do is select the “Faved” blue button at the top right corner of the screen. To know you’ve successfully un-faved the business, that button should now read “Fave it.” You can get back to your profile by selecting the navigation menu and selecting the “my appointments” option.

How do I update/delete my credit card number with a business?

You can follow these quick steps to remove your card on file from a business!

  1. Log into your Schedulicity profile
  2. Select the navigation menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen (the 3 striped lines) and select the “my preferences” option.
  3. Find the business you wish to remove your credit card information and select the “card is on file (remove)”
  4. Confirm that you wish to delete it and you are good to go!

Keep in mind, you will only have the ability to remove your card info from a business if you have no upcoming appointments or auto billing cycles in place!

How do I opt out of text message reminders?

If you’re not feeling the text message reminders for your appointments, you can opt out through these steps:

  • Log into your Schedulicity account
  • Select the navigation menu in the upper left hand corner (the 3 striped lines) and select the “my preferences” option
  • Move the “Appointment text reminders are ON” slider to “OFF”
  • You will no longer receive text message reminders.

You can also text “STOP” to 74121 to disable the text message reminders. You can enable text message reminders at any time in case you change your mind.

How do I opt back into text message reminders?

If you turned the text message reminders off but want some of the reminder love back, you can re-enable those through these steps:

  • Log into your Schedulicity account
  • Select the navigation menu in the upper left hand corner (the 3 striped lines) and select the “my preferences” option
  • Text “RESUME” to 74121 on your phone
  • Select the “Turn On” option

You will now start receiving text message reminders again!

How do I download the app?

We now have an app for both Android and iPhone users alike! You can now now book, rebook, reschedule and cancel appointments, classes and workshops right from your phone or tablet!

On your iPhone, head to the App Store and search for Schedulicity. You may see two results display in the app store as we offer an app for business owners in addition to the client app. Select “get” for the app titled “Schedulicity” if you are wanting to schedule appointments as a client.

On your Android, head to the Google Play Store and search for Schedulicity.  You may see two results display in the app store as we offer an app for business owners in addition to the client app. Select “get” for the app titled “Schedulicity” if you are wanting to schedule appointments as a client.

How do I enable cookies?

As you might know already, cookies/local storage are required on most websites these days from Facebook, to Amazon, to Ebay, to Schedulicity! One benefit of requiring cookies on a site is it allows you the ease of not logging in every single time by using the “remember me” feature.

The good news is, it is really easy to enable cookies on a browser! The fastest and easiest way to enable cookies on a browser is to revert back to the default settings. Of course, if you’re not wanting to commit to the default you can always tweak the settings to your liking. Here is a guide that we find easy to follow with all of the directions on how to update cookies:

How do I reach out to a business about my appointment?

Great to hear you are looking to book an appointment or already have one with one of our awesome businesses! We run the online booking software that businesses use to manage their schedule. If you are trying to reach a business, you can just reach out to them directly.

How do I view my packages?

You can view your active packages available in a business by selecting the navigation menu in the upper left- hand corner of your account profile (the 3 striped lines) and choosing the “my preferences” option. A list of the businesses you have scheduled with will display under the “Business Preferences” heading.  Here you’ll see an additional menu with the ability to view your active packages.  This will include the package name, date of purchase, number of current sessions remaining, current total sessions and expiration date if there is one.
