Booking Support

Let’s help you book with your favorite business!

  • How do I update my browser’s location services?

Schedulicity uses your location to give you a list of businesses that are close to you. The list will be most accurate if you allow your browser to share your exact location. You can turn this ability on in your browser settings.

For the most up to date instructions on how to turn on your location services, check out the link below for your preferred browser.

    Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/142065
    Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/does-firefox-share-my-location-websites
    Safari Desktop: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204690
    Safari for iOS: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207092

If you don’t want to share your exact location, just give us a city and state or zip code, and we’ll give you results closest to the center of that city or zip code.

  • How do I cancel/change an appointment or class?

If you booked your appointment online and wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment online, go to www.schedulicity.com and sign in using the “Login” button in the upper right corner.

    1. Once you’re signed in, your upcoming appointments or classes will be listed
    2. Click on the appointment or class to “Cancel\Reschedule”
    3. You can then choose to “Cancel It and Reschedule” “Cancel It”, or “Keep It”
    4. You’ll be able to cancel the appointment\class as long as you are outside of the business’s cancellation policy.

*If you aren’t seeing your appointment or class, your Schedulicity profile might not be linked with the business just yet, which is why those appointments aren’t displaying. Not to worry, there is a super easy fix.

    1. Log into your Schedulicity profile
    2. Find a notification email from the business, either a confirmation or reminder email
    3. Click on the blue “View Bookings” icon at the bottom
    4. This will let the system know you want to be associated with their business and you’ll see any appointments you have coming up once you click on “My Appointments” in the navigation menu from your account

Also, if you’ve booked a group class, you will also have the option to cancel on behalf of your guests or to cancel the entire group’s booking. ??

  • How do I delete/remove my account?

We can definitely get your username deleted for you, so you won’t be able to book online any longer. I just wanted to give you a disclaimer that once the login is deleted, it won’t be able to be used again in the future, and any booking history will be lost.

If you would still like to move forward and officially remove your login from the system, just send a quick email to support@schedulicity.com and we’ll take care of that for you!

  • How do I view my upcoming appointments?

If you’re waiting to see if you’ve been added to a class from a waitlist, not to worry – you’ll receive a notification directly from Schedulicity if you’ve been added onto the waitlist. Of course, if you’re not wanting to commit to the default you can always tweak the settings to your liking.
