We’ve put together some quick tips to help you take your Schedulicity account to the next level. From social media, to how to use our features, these will help you attract new clients and increase revenue, too!

Let’s get started!

Tip #1: Pick Your Best Portfolio Picture as Your Profile Picture

Try to stay away from just a picture of you because it is best to show your work first.

When potential client’s find you in the search portal they see your Company’s Name and Profile Photo, first. Using your logo or an eye-catching picture from your portfolio helps you stand out, and tells your customers that you’re the real deal.

Tip #2: Complete Your Profile with Pictures from Instagram

If your Instagram account already showcases your work, then you are one step ahead of the game. Next, all you have to do is enable Instagram’s integration and sign in to your account. This option is under Marketing, when you edit your Business Listing. You can even specify a hashtag of your choice to automatically filter your posts to the ones that are most relevant to your business.

I’m sure everyone has heard the saying “a picture is worth a thousand words” – this has never been more true because let’s be honest people do not read, so let your pictures advertise all the things your business has to offer!

Speaking of Instagram, that brings me to the next tip:

Tip #3: Add the ‘Book Now’ Button to your Social Profiles

First things first, you’ll need to make sure your Instagram is a Business Account and then you’ll be able to add the option for the booking button. Instagram revealed that they have around a billion users. (If you aren’t on Instagram you are dead to me, just kidding!) Anyways, most of these people spend at least a half an hour per day on their app.

Get those users engaged by posting often, and also creating a post about the ‘book it’ button itself. And now that you are on a roll, you can also add a similar booking button to your facebook business page.

Tip #4: Enable Online Payments

This gives you lots of options for an easy and professional checkout experience. But the best part, how easy it is to protect yourself from no-shows by requiring prepayment for when your clients book online. Short and sweet, but extremely effective.

Tip #5: Enable Client Text Reminders and Automated Marketing

These features allow you stay in communication with your clients, without doing any extra work. So yes, your dreams of Netflix and chilling will actually be a reality on your next day off. Okay for real though, text reminders help keep your clients accountable, and help them remember their appointments.

On the other hand, Automated Marketing allows you to set up automatic thank you messages, birthday greetings, time to book reminders, and re-engagement emails for people you haven’t seen in awhile. Save time and bring in more revenue by anticipating your client’s booking needs and automatically reminding them.

Tip #6: Share your Schedulicity Profile on Social Media

Every time someone likes one of your social media posts, more and more people see it. It’s kinda like the circle of life, just kidding. Sharing your booking link is an amazing way to build your clientele and help spread the word to friends and friends of your friends and their friends (okay, I’ll stop). Using the ‘Call To Action’ button under the Marketing section of your account is quick and super effective.

Tip #7: Take Pictures & Testimonials of Your Clients

Get as many examples of your work and happy reviews as you can, this is ultimately the best way to market your business. Find the best lighting in your space and create an attractive area or even a selfie-wall for your clients.

Make sure to display your Instagram handle and a special hashtag so your clients can tag you in their selfies. And share on their social media accounts as well.

Tip #8: Offer Packages for Classes to Make it Easy for Clients to Onboard

Schedulicity makes it easy to create and sell package deals. Offering any kind of discount to new clients can help bring them in. Package deals are amazing because they can turn a new client into a repeat customer while adding value to your transaction.
